PURPOSE
MISSION:
The focus of Youth Changes is to educate youth in Davidson county on the ever changing world in which we live, by investing heavily in mentoring and development programs which will strengthen bonds with their family and community. These efforts will produce safer, wiser, and more productive adults.
MANTRA:
Life is full of challenges but it is up to you to change with the proper tools of your profession. These changes can and will be meaningful to your life!
Through effective education, time and determination, job training and placement and life skills counseling (emotional and social), we can better secure youth opportunities for success.
COMPANY HISTORY:
As a former man on the streets, Mr. Sherron Davis saw a need for help within the hearts and destructive outcry of generation Y. Our young men and women are searching for something and they don't know what. They are lacking persons willing to listen to them to figure out what it is they are missing. Youth Changes was created to be that listening ear, provide sound advice, be a guiding light, and that added support system needed in today's society.
February 2007, Mr. Davis founded Youth Changes in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Davis' goal is to change our youths' perspective. Life is full of challenges. With the proper tools those challenge can be alot more manageable. Through effective education, communication, dedication, counseling, and life skills development, we can secure a more stable outcome for success.
