It is not enough to just talk with youth in hopes of discouraging them from becoming involved in gang activity. We have to fill that void with positive reinforcement, give them something they can do to occupy their minds and challenge their intellect. The Youth Changes Computer Technology is designed to fill this void.
Each course curriculum is designed to motivate youth to learn and productively use Microsoft Office applications or the Microsoft Windows® XP
