Who We Are
Youth Changes Team Hawaii is the on-the-ground force behind our mission in the islands. We are a passionate group of community members, educators, and youth advocates who believe every young person in Hawaii deserves access to opportunity.
From organizing career days and community events to running hands-on training programs, our Hawaii team works tirelessly to connect youth with the skills and networks they need to thrive.
We partner with local businesses, schools, and organizations to create pathways that are rooted in Hawaii's unique culture and community spirit.
